Kras-Trans Sergiusz Krasnopolski (NIP: PL7262662303), Trzcinowa 14/11, 91-495 Lodz, Poland ("we", "us") operates the Routence platform.
We collect: account information (name, email, company), fleet data (vehicle positions, routes, orders), usage analytics, and technical logs. GPS data is collected in real-time for fleet tracking purposes.
We process data based on: (a) contractual necessity for service delivery, (b) legitimate interest for platform improvement, (c) consent for marketing communications.
Data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the EU region. We use encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Database backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with: AWS (infrastructure), Cloudflare (CDN/security), payment processors, and as required by law.
