Routence provides a cloud-based fleet management and logistics optimization platform including vehicle tracking, route planning, order management, and invoicing tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity per account.
You agree to use Routence only for lawful business purposes related to fleet management and logistics operations. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access is prohibited.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Routence. We retain a license to process this data solely for providing the service.
We target 99.9% uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Real-time GPS tracking operates on a best-effort basis.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in EUR. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of payment.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lodz, Poland.
